1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777zs ("777zs", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://777zs.vip ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. 2. Eligibility

777zs reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access 777zs betting and gaming products, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) 777zs account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias, or via a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777zs reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
• Accuracy of Information: All registration details provided must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your account. 777zs will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, 777zs requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You will be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a recent selfie. KYC is a one-time process; once verified, future withdrawals proceed without additional documentation unless circumstances require re-verification.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your 777zs account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance that cannot be attributed to active bonus funds will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following satisfactory identity confirmation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777zs Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777zs supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Payment page at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your 777zs account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Payment page. 777zs reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Where possible, withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 777zs reserves the right to request additional documentation if a withdrawal to a different method is requested.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may funds be deposited into your account by a third party. Transactions identified as third-party payments will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the 777zs Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where an obvious error in odds or market settlement is identified by 777zs.
• 777zs reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any market at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, or technical error.
• Payouts on voided bets will be refunded to your 777zs balance at the original stake amount.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended during critical match events (wickets, DRS reviews, injuries). Bets placed before suspension are settled in the normal manner; bets cannot be placed during a suspension period.
• Casino game outcomes — including live dealer games — are determined by the relevant game's certified random number generation system or live physical dealing process. 777zs does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777zs offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentive offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another account.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 777zs reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotional offer has already been credited to an account, the terms prevailing at the time of credit will apply to that specific bonus.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, or any form of bonus fraud will be forfeited and the associated accounts closed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777zs Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering multiple accounts or participating in collusion with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any betting or gaming product.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sport manipulation, or placing bets with knowledge of corrupted sporting outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches to obtain winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC or any other verification process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777zs Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, page designs, odds data, written content, images, and game assets — is the intellectual property of 777zs or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from 777zs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777zs's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

777zs shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) indirect, special, or consequential loss; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or (d) any action you take in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be erroneous.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free availability of the Platform at all times.

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777zs Platform shall first be submitted to 777zs's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact support with a written description of the issue. 777zs will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the applicable regulatory framework governing 777zs's operations.
